Santa Rosa Valley · Camarillo, California
Presilla Ridge is the most unique estate in the Santa Rosa Valley — a stunning contemporary masterpiece by renowned architect Ebbe Videriksen, AIA. Newly renovated and perfectly situated atop 8 private acres, the open, airy floor plan features soaring ceilings and walls of glass that flood every room with natural light and offer spectacular panoramic views.
Nearly 2 acres of Mandarin Orange trees surround the property, creating a lush, private landscape unlike anything else in Southern California — and a backdrop that no set designer could replicate.

— Original listing descriptionAll bookings are priced as flat day rates — no hourly calculation. A standard shoot day is up to 10 hours on property. 3 weeks advance notice required. All bookings require a signed location agreement and damage deposit.
For anything not covered here, reach out via the contact form and we'll respond within one business day.
A signed location agreement, a $5,000 refundable damage deposit, and proof of production liability insurance naming the property owners as additional insured (minimum $2M per occurrence). We'll provide the location agreement template once you submit an inquiry.
Productions must carry general liability insurance of at least $2M per occurrence and $5M aggregate, with the property owners listed as additional insured. Most production companies carry this already. For smaller photo shoots, a one-day event policy from providers like Thimble or Markel may suffice.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for photo shoots and 4–8 weeks for film and TV productions. We can accommodate shorter notice depending on availability — reach out and we'll do our best.
Yes. Location scouts are complimentary for productions that subsequently book. For scouts without a committed shoot, a $250 scouting fee applies, credited toward any booking made within 60 days.
Minor dressing — rearranging furniture, adding set pieces — is permitted. Painting, structural modifications, or permanent installations require prior written approval. All furniture and decor must be returned to original placement before end of strike day.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the shoot date receive a full deposit refund. Within 14 days, 50% of the day rate is forfeited. Within 72 hours, the full day rate is forfeited. Productions shift — please communicate early and we'll work with you.
The estate's hilltop location and open skies make it ideal for aerial photography and drone work. FAA Part 107 compliance is required for all drone operators. Please note the proximity to Camarillo Airport (CMA) — airspace coordination may be required depending on shoot location on the property.
Tell us about your production — shoot type, dates, crew size — and we'll respond within one business day with availability and any additional details you need.
